Position Overview:

We are seeking passionate and motivated high school students with a strong interest in the stock market and financial concepts to join our team as Research Analysts. As Research Analyst Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to develop your writing skills, deepen your knowledge of financial markets, and contribute to our firm's content. This position offers a chance to earn a percentage of earnings for every approved investment analysis article, fostering a sense of financial responsibility and reward.

No past experience is required. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze various stocks, sectors, and market trends to generate valuable investment insights.

• Create well-written, engaging, and informative investment analysis articles that cater to a broad audience.

• Submit articles for review by the managing directors, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions before publication.

• Maintain a consistent and organized workflow to meet submission deadlines and article quotas.

• Articles will be continuously resubmitted until approved by our managing directors.

 

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in high school or college.

• Strong writing skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in an understandable and compelling manner.

• A genuine passion for the stock market, investment strategies, and financial literacy.

• Excellent research skills and the ability to analyze information from reliable sources.

• Detail-oriented and receptive to constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.

• Proficient in using technology for research, writing, and communication.

• Availability to participate in regular team meetings or discussions.

 

Compensation:

Research Analyst Interns will receive 50% of the earnings generated from each published investment analysis article. Earnings will be calculated based on the article's performance and engagement metrics. Compensation is paid at the end of every month. After Research Analyst Interns successfully publish 3 articles, they will be immediately promoted to Senior Analyst: Senior Analysts receive 85% of earnings, a 35% pt. pay raise.
